What information will be collected by the Platform?

1. Personal Information: Our main collection covers: your personal information filled out when registering on the Platform, including but not limited to your name, nationality, contact phone number, e-mail address, etc., and information released by you through the Platform, including but not limited to such business information as your company information, product information, enterprise qualification, purchase requirement and demand of agency, and you can modify some of the above contents through your login name and password. When you use the Platform for paid services, we will also reasonably obtain your bank card information. Our collection of these information from you is to enforce the agreement between you and the Platform, purposefully provide you with our committed services, so that your potential partners and our staffs could contact you in time when needed.

2. Automatically Collected Information: The Platform may automatically receive and record information on your browser and computer, which comes from "User Access Record", including but not limited to cookies, IP address, web page data browsed, etc. We use cookies to store your data on access to the Platform. You have the right to accept or refuse cookies by modifying your browser settings, but as a reminder, you may not be able to use partial functions of the Platform after refusing cookies. Furthermore, out of security reasons and identification needs, we also track the IP address, but if we haven’t found any security issues, we will delete the collected IP addresses after 60 days. 2. The Platform shall have the right to provide relevant information of the users with good will in the following circumstances: 2.1. You authorize or agree to disclose; 2.2. Needs for execution of the Terms & Conditions; 2.3. Needs to protect the legitimate rights and interests or personal security of the Platform, other users and the public; 2.4. During cooperation with a third party to provide users with better services, but the third party will be banned to access relevant information immediately after the end of cooperation; 2.5. Relevant information required according to relevant laws and regulations or by government authorities according to the statutory requirements, which the Platform shall provide with. Due to the specificity of the Platform, the information including but not limited to company information, product information, purchase requirement and demand of agency published by you will be directly or indirectly displayed on the Platform, and will be open to selective users, so that potential partners can contact you in time. What obligations shall you or the Platform undertake in terms of privacy protection?

1. The Platform encourages users to update personal and business information in time to make it effective. You could obtain, modify and update your personal and business information at any time through your login name and password. In addition, you have the right to delete related information.
2. We will endeavor to ensure the security of your posted information on the Platform. We have corresponding security measures to ensure that the information of the users is not disclosed, lost, misappropriated or tampered with. However, we are not responsible for problems caused by the temporary closure or abnormal operation of the Internet due to the users’ own computer problem, hacker attack, computer virus intrusion or attack, or government regulation.
